Advantages of own-produced asphalt concrete plants:
- DS-185-160 is a modular block design. Dimensions of modular blocks allow to carry asphalt concrete plant both by standard road trailers and rail containers.
- Engineering principle of DS-185-160 asphalt concrete plant is all the mounting and installation dimensions conformity to those of units and assemblies of DS-158, ДС-185. Any unit can be replaced by appropriate replacement part purchased from dealers of «Kredmash» Production Joint Stock Company.
- Our plants are completely manufactured of domestic metal in the Russian Federation. All the constituent parts, electric motors, gear units, pneumatics and electric components are delivered by Russian and European suppliers.
- All major components: mixer, smoke exhauster, sieve, weighing system, burner are designed according to the principle of double margin of safety. We effectively learned how to compensate for instability of humidity/dustness of raw materials.
- We have repaired a huge number of asphalt batching plants of different manufacturers and were able to make our own-made asphalt concrete plants very reliable and economical.

Design features of the asphalt concrete plants:
- Uniform loading from two mixers. The design of DS-185-180 asphalt-concrete plant mixing tower is a coupled unit of mixing towers of DS-185-80 asphalt-concrete plants. Flowing in specially controlled way inert materials stream splits into two streams at the outlet of drying drum, each getting into the elevator, and then goes through the full cycle of screening, weighing and mixing. Loading the trucks is made simultaneously from two mixers;
- Service maintenance of asphalt concrete plant without stopping producing process. Uniqueness of the unit is the possibility to perform planned maintenance without stopping the entire process. You can work both from under each tower separately and both towers simultaneously;
- Production of two mixes simultaneously;
- Management of the unit is done from the operator cab with a specially developed program;
- Possibility of reducing performance twice to save fuel and electricity;
- Storage of different kinds of asphalt in specially separated compartments of the hopper.
